With all that said I really like Ripped in 30 thus far and look forward to week 3 and 4!! That being said, this workout is pretty hard for me, getting my heart rate up pretty high and making me sweat my butt off.

Another extremely challenging strength move we did was spiderman pushups. Those are just a couple moves we did throughout weeks 2 and 3 of Ripped in Your quads will scream.
